That depends on the listing. Many owners operate the robot themselves or send a trained handler, which is the usual setup for events. Others hand the robot over for the booking. Each listing spells out how it works, and you can confirm details in the booking chat before your event.
Can the robot be delivered?
Many owners offer delivery for a small fee within a set distance, and it is shown on the listing. Otherwise you arrange pickup and return in the booking chat.
What about damage and insurance?
Owners can set a security deposit, which is held on your card and released when the booking is completed. Payments are held securely until the booking is confirmed, and every booking has a chat so both sides can agree the details up front.
Can I book by the hour?
Yes. Every listing has an hourly and a daily rate, so a two hour appearance at a product launch and a full day on a work site are both normal bookings.
