Delete your Ollee account
You can delete your Ollee account at any time. This page explains how, and what happens to your data.
Delete it yourself, in a minute
If you can sign in, this is the fastest way. It works the same in the app and on the web.
- Sign in, then open Profile.
- Go to Privacy and account.
- Choose Delete my account and confirm. The deletion happens straight away.
If you are signed in on the web right now, you can go straight to your profile.
Cannot sign in?
Email info@ollee.online from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm it is you and remove it for you.
What deletion does
- Your name, email, photo, bio, and business details are removed or anonymised, so your profile no longer identifies you.
- Your robot listings are taken down.
- You are signed out and cannot sign back in to that account.
One limit
You cannot delete your account while a booking is still active, because the other party is relying on it. Finish or cancel any active bookings first, then delete.
What we keep, and why
We de-identify your past bookings and payment records, then keep only the minimum the law requires for tax, accounting, and fraud prevention. Those records no longer identify you. Everything else is removed.

Before you delete, you can download everything Ollee holds about you. In Profile, go to Privacy and account, then Download my data.
