Robot management companies
Companies that run other people's robots. To hire one, open your robot, go to Manage availability, and choose a company under Delegate management. How it works.
What does a robot manager actually do?
Owning a robot and running a rental operation are two different jobs. A manager takes on the second one. They keep your robot's calendar up to date, respond to booking requests and chat messages, handle handovers and pickups, and make sure the robot turns up charged and ready. In return they keep an agreed percentage of every booking, paid out automatically, and you keep the rest without lifting a finger.
It works the same way a property manager runs an Airbnb for a host who lives interstate. If your robot sits idle because you are busy, travelling, or simply not interested in fielding messages, a manager turns that idle time into income. Managers can be individuals or companies, and many specialise: some focus on event appearances for humanoids and robot dogs, others on drones, site work, or delivery robots.
How delegation works on Ollee
There are two ways to connect. You can pick a manager yourself from this directory and set the share they keep, or you can mark your robot as open to management and let managers apply to run it. Either way, you approve the arrangement, you see every booking, and you can remove the manager at any time from your Manage availability page. Ratings on this page come from owners who have actually used each manager, so you can see who is reliable before you hand over the keys.
Want to manage robots for other people? Anyone can. Open Manage robots from your account, list yourself in the directory, and add your area, fee and the robot types you can operate. If you have not listed a robot yet, start with renting out your robot, or read the full run-through on the help page.
